Booked for three nights 5 months in advance through Agoda. Called up about a week before check-in to confirm booking. The lady at the hotel called out my name herself and said my booking is confirmed. Called the morning of check-in and said I will be late, and not to give my room to anyone. The gentleman asked for my name, checked, and confirmed not to worry, I can come anytime||When I reach after 9 PM, they first take 10 minutes to find my booking. I go to my room and am freshening up, and I hear an urgent knock on the door. The person at the reception is fuming, and commends (not requests) me to come down with all my luggage immediately. He says we do not let out rooms at the rate at which I have booked.||I come down as commanded, and then a 1 hour ordeal starts. Both I and hotel people are on line with Agoda customer service, who eventually and thankfully, prevail over the hotel people. Finally, they do allocate me a room, but of a lower category than what I had booked. Their expression clearly says that I am not welcome here, and they are doing me a favor||Wait, it does not end here. After 2 nights, I am in my office, and the reception guy calls me, angry, "why I have not checked out, as my booking was for 3 "days"". A 5 minute argument ensues, as I have to convince them that my booking is for 3 nights, and not 3 days||And the breakfast promised in my booking for three mornings was given only for 1 monning||Otherwise, a clean hotel, with peaceful location. Not near metro, but near bus stop, from where you can get autos easily. Under other circumstances, I would have given them better ratings, but for the way that they treated me because of their own fault - they had my advance booking for 5 months and could have checked rates and details much in advance- shows how terrible the people at...
Read moreI am writing this to bring to your attention the unsatisfactory conditions of my recent stay at your establishment. I was disappointed to find that the room I was assigned was unclean and unhygienic.
Upon arrival, I immediately noticed stains on the sheets and a strong odor in the room. The bathroom was also dirty with stains in the shower and basin and on the floor. I had expected a higher level of cleanliness and hygiene from a hotel of your reputation of being an 3 star hotel
As a paying guest, I believe that it is unacceptable . Eventhere was no drinking water provided and when i asked fro drinking water they charged me ₹30 for and 29 ₹ water bottle which was really pathetic.
I kindly request that you take immediate action to address the unclean and unhygienic conditions of your rooms. I believe that all guests have the right to expect clean and comfortable accommodations during their stay. I urge you to take steps to prevent such incidents from happening again in the future.

When I reached there he started acting weird. He said they couldn't see any booking in my name. When I insisted to enter the booking id infront of me ,he changed his defence and started saying they closed this Oyo since they having issue with Oyo payments. Me with my entire family of 10members had to stand outside for the whole time. He also said he could provide the rooms if I pay in cash. Which I didn't agree since I made the payment online already. Never had a more stressful experience . The people at the reception are very ride and Ill mannered. During this entire time many couples are coming and booking the rooms for the same Oyo and he shamelessly took them in. The rooms are quite small and stinky as hell. Can't take family to this hotel.
