Worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life, we are 15 Family members including kids & booked 05 rooms on trpl sharing but no extra bed was provided by the hotel, Very Small Smelly rooms. Front desk guy is very annoying person, he even don't know, how to deal with their customers. every time he was threatening us that he will cancel our booking just for asking all rooms on the same floor & extra bed even he knows that we are with family with kids. He is not accommodating with you at any cost. Very arrogant annoying person sitting at front desk. There check in time is 12noon but there rooms are not ready till 02pm. When we had asked that your check in time is 12noon but rooms are not still ready , the guy sitting at front desk had no reply, I would never recommend this hotel to any one, worst worst...
