Had booked the hotel through make my trip. The pics shown are amazing with amazing location. BUT reality is other wise All money was paid in advance and the smart thing that they mention in the bookings is that the amount is not refundable. So if you want to cancel the booking, there is no money given back. I booked a room for 3 days for 3 girls to stay there BUT room, the hotel location was so bad, they left within the hour. One hour is all they could spend in the hotel – what cockroaches what bugs what dirt rusted bathroom. They had to check into another hotel immediately. i.e. they reached the hotel at 11 am and left by 12.30 including the time for check in. No picture matched the real position of the hotel. The hotel staff agreed to this and said they will not be able to return the money as the booking was the Make my trip but if you complaint that you did not like the hotel but do not mention the quality of the hotel, they will refund for 2 days. These girls agreed. NO refund was given by the hotel and our cost went double. Very dishonest dealing of the staff and the owner. Jo phas giya who giya. My mistake, I read the reviews on Google after this incident and believed make my trip (by the way who returned my queries after 6 days as the hotel owner was not responding to their queries). It is very obvious, they are good reviews after bad reviews and I am sure excellent reviews will pop up after review to send it lower so genuine people cannot read that...

This was my horrible experience ever… Location of this hotel is so so scary.. I reached this place with my family around 1130 pm and the moment I came out from the cab, I saw 15-20 boys standing outside the hotel..that was scariest moment I ever had… Quality of room and toilet was ok… condition of towel given by hotel was laughable.. I have attached photographs of the towel.. when asked for the replacement, their reply was they don’t have extra towel… Service of lift start from 1st floor.. and you cannot sleep whole night if ur room is near to staircase bcoz of lift sound… Breakfast was included in my booking so I went for breakfast at 9 am with family… I had to wait for 15 mins bcoz there was only two table and only 6 people can sit at a time… finally we got the place and condition of breakfast was so so disappointing.. when asked for the reason, their reply was “aap late aye ho so thanda hi khaana padega”.. I was with my wife and parents and I felt so ashamed with this reply… So after all the beautiful experiences, I called the reception to send somone to pick the luggage for checkout.. I waited for 20 mins but no one came and moment I went to call again, I found that telecom of my room was not working, so I left with no option. I had to carry 4-5 bag alone and as I mentioned earlier, lift service start from 1st floor so u can understand my condition… My biggest concern is how fab hotels can have such awful service...

Caution:- Please do not choose this hotel. Stay on road its far better but please do not go for it. At the time of booking the images uploaded are all fake or edited for attraction. They named their rooms according to them. I chosen deluxe room and their deluxe room is as soon in enclosed. I wasted my money. They have only one lift which is a old model and sometime not working. They assigned me a room on 6th floor and I had a checkout at 5 AM due to my train and I used very congested staircase with my luggage bag with my kid. The staff not available during check out. Also had cold breakfast. I raised complaint to reception they said they provide another one but we waited till 30 min but nothing had. Then we leave for our tour.
