Hotel Blue Sea — Hotel in Mumbai

I booked this hotel for 2 days and the experience is very bad. First of all the room is very small in comparison to what it's shown in the photograph. Don't get fooled in this. Room is small, bathroom is very small. You won't get enough space to bath properly. Coming to service, it's pathetic, they didn't come to clean the room or came to change the linens. Also this oyo rooms allow unmarried couples, so you will find couples only, so not at all suitable place for family. Located in a very shady place, the locality you won't like at all. There are auto repairing stores nearby and it's very dirty. Also, smoking is allowed in this hotel but there is no ventilation, so if someone is smoking in his room, you will get the smell too. And during night the hotel smells like a cheap drinking bar, you can smell the liquor all around. They don't allow any guest with you. I had a friend to come over for some work, they charged me 500 rs for that. When I was checking out, they asked me to open the Oyo mobile app and asked me to give them 5 rating. They are doing this to every customer and that's the reason they have 4+ rating. It was such a bad experience I had with this hotel. Never ever gonna recommend it to anybody. after a long back i am booking from oyo. earlier when i was booking, i always had a great impression that i won't be able to get any issues regarding booking, hotel service and foremost the hygiene and cleanliness of the rooms in the oyo hotels. but during the stay i had lost the impression from oyo. i was wondering how these kind of hotels can be provided by oyo?! oyo has degraded their reputation in this level or what. thats what i felt when i saw the room. the room is too untity. it was not cleaned, i saw the ashes in bathroom and on the table as well. the bed sheets n blankets were also untity with stain. i told them to clean, theu replied its already cleaned. so the one option for me is to stay or else leave from there. i was too tired and this was my second hotel from oyo, as the first booking was cancelled by the hotel authorities. i really didn't want to go again to other location, thts the only reason i forced to stay there. i cannot do any kind of compromises in hygiene and cleanliness.there were no toiletries, even bucket n mug. i asked them twice to get that. this is too pathetic and unprofessional. i really feel to do checkout as soon as possible once i get finish my purpose of visit. too patiently i...

Firstly, I didn’t opt for this hotel. The one I opted was unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances as I was informed and my booking was transferred to this hotel.The hotel smelled filthy as soon as you enter, room smelled even worse. In my opinion OYO should not feature such hotels as it degrades their name. To be honest I booked it just to sleep as for one night as I had to travel elsewhere the next day. There were hairs from different parts of someone’s body. They don’t provide and amenities. Also I booked the cheapest room and this is what one gets . You’re not allowed to order outside food as they insisted me to order it from them. I would have ordered if their menu wasn’t covered in fungus. Thankfully AC was working. Next was the toilet, it’ll feel like you’re in some public toilet of a railway station . As I said no amenities. There were filthy spots all over the wall and the furniture.
