"I've been a frequent customer of Apsara toys, but my recent experience was incredibly frustrating. I bought sand toys, and later that day, my son received a larger set as a gift. I went to the store to exchange the unopened, still-tagged sand toys for another item. The owner refused, stating a no return/exchange policy. We bought a dancing minion for my 2 months kid from the shop. When we opened the box at home the toy was not working. When we went to return the toy they said we do not replace the item. They say that your kid must have thrown the toy and hence it's not working. Staff there is absolutely rude. No manner of talking. Additionally, the owner says that 10 toys out of 50 we buy are defective. We buy in bulk so we can't help it.
