New ideal family restaurant — Restaurant in Mumbai

Worst experience ever had in my life.... The chicken was stale and it was so hard to eat and when we ask the waiter why it is so hard so he siad it is fresh...if it was fresh than it should not be hard to eat.

2.The food taste was not good at all money got wasted.

3.When we went to pay the bill they where taking only cash there were no board or written things where they had mentioned only cash is accepted here ...we told them we only have phonepe and other upi we didn't brought cash or card..so he see the bill and our bill was Rs 834 he was telling it's a huge amount to take online...we somehow paid him.

4.These type of restaurants owner taking only cash so that they don't have to pay taxes and transactions that had done in cash they can manipulate easily.

I highly recommend do not go to such...

They are selling expired products on top of that their staff on counters are not bothered at all infact stating the product guy are going to come today. This item has expired 4 days back and still on the counter when we told them about they didn't even remove the item from the counter . The bread we purchased had fungus on it and the staf seated on the counters didn't even a small sorry like they don't care at all. Overall they tried to fool us by point fingers at any random person when we as for manager. And when we escalated the matter some guy comes who didn't even say he's the manager. No empathy on top of...

This is an ideal place for mostly North Indian food. Located on the road going to prabhat colony, this place is difficult to notice as it is located on a busy street with lot of traffic. Their food is authentic , service is great and they also have an AC area on the floor above, however parking is a big ordeal but the owner will help if you request him by keeping your two wheeler keys so that your two wheeler can be moved incase they come to tow your two wheeler.
