Hotel Sudarshan — Restaurant in Mumbai

Hotel Sudarshan is not just a restaurant but an emotion for me! It is the first restaurant or fast food joint i dined as a child and i still make sure i go there even today if i am in Vakola Sudarshan must be the oldest restaurant in Vakola Santacruz, Mumbai So it makes it a legend and still going young. The most iconic dish has been their Puri Bhaji and i still remember its taste. In the 80s, 90s the puri bhaji used to be served with lovely maida puris and soft batata white bhaji but now its changed so i miss that old taste. Other stuff like idli, medu wada, oh that awesome sheera, chana masala etc have been always lovely and are still. Its a very simple place as people come to have quick meal and move on. Review for Hotel Sudarshan

I had high expectations when I visited Hotel Sudarshan early in the morning, but unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The food was far from fresh—stale and lacking any real flavor.

Given the time of my visit, I expected something warm and freshly prepared, but what I got was anything but. The quality was subpar, and it felt like the ingredients weren’t fresh at all. Definitely not worth the visit....
