Radha Krishna Banquet, — Attraction in Mumbai

Our experience at this hall was extremely disappointing.

Very rude manager (Mr. Rahul): He lacks basic management skills and has no sense of food timing. The dinner was delayed badly because he just waited for instructions. Due to this mismanagement, many of our guests left the function without eating, which was very embarrassing.

Poor ambience and lighting: The blue lighting in the hall completely spoiled all our photos and videos. The photographer’s effort and money were wasted, and our lifetime memories are ruined.

Valet service issues: Even after paying valet charges, one of our guests’ bikes got towed away. The staff didn’t bother to check whether they were attending the event, and our guests had to pay a fine. This was unacceptable and caused a lot of inconvenience.

Unclean washrooms and rooms: The bathrooms were not maintained properly, and the rooms had random items lying around, showing a total lack of cleanliness and care.

Overall, it was a complete waste of money and caused us loss of respect in front of our guests. The hall management seriously needs to improve their **behavior, cleanliness, and event...

I had one of my event her. Not so happy with the management staff. No co operation at all. I really did not expected this, I heard good things about this banquet, but to be honest, I did not like the way we were treated. Chairs were not placed when guests were increasing though there waa enough space even after giving them reminders it waa done after 4/6 reminder

1. Ac cooling was worst, I had 103/104 guests but no cooling
2. No proper facility of washroom was given and guided to the guest
3. The management staff was not at all co operative neither polite.
4. They told us they would charge Rs 3000 extra if used for more than 10 minutes than the scheduled time
5. The dj guy was not professional and the mic weretold 2 but only 1 mic was given with no good facilities of battery..My guest had to go outside and get battery. It wasn't even charged
6. Food was good, I appreciate. .But we are highly disappointed with how we were treated.

My husband & I had a very bad experience with this hall. We had our 25th anniversary celebration, everything went good but at the end , they switched off the ac & lights , the couple photos were remaining, the family photos were left. That person was threating to close the dining at 11 to my husband, it was our function how can you behave like this?? Secondly we found it impossible to eat in our own function because of the heat . We wouldn't mind to pay for extra ac but that person said that he'll charge 3000 per 10 mins ??? Like seriously?? What does he think of himself? Totally disappointed.
