TBZ Borivali is amazing. Their jewellery collection is gorgeous and vast. Their hospitality and patience is top notch. Smiles everywhere. Komal was so good with us. She guided us through the selection with the biggest, most genuine smile on her face. She beautifully caught onto our likes and showed us pieces that we'd like. Vasu was also very helpful. Sailesh ji is a gem who did the customizations on the spot with extreme precision, and showed us the entire melting and analysis process. He patiently and with complete transparency walked us through the calculations and valuations. Prathamesh at billing was a complete professional. He made the payment process smooth like butter. The biggest plus point is that they are not pushy at all. You can take your time with all the processes. Komal alongwith other employees went above and beyond to decipher and verify the microscopic hallmarking HUIDs on the jewellery. A suggestion: I feel that these HUIDs should be mentioned on the bill as well so that we don't have to use magnifying glasses to read it off the back of the jewellery. To conclude: TBZ stands out above most other jewellers as sincere, transparent, super sweet and knowledgeable. Their gold collection is a class apart. Buyer Beware! Unfair Pricing at TBZ - Long-Time Customer Speaks Out!

As a loyal customer of TBZ for over 30 years, I am deeply disappointed by my recent experience. I purchased both 22k and 18k gold jewelry, but was shocked to find an exorbitant premium charged on the 18k items – a staggering ₹ 494 per gram, translating to ₹ 4940 for just 10 grams!

While I understand and have previously paid a premium on 18k gold, this amount is excessively high compared to the ₹ 500 per 10 grams I've seen in the past.

This experience has prompted me to share my concerns so that other potential buyers exercise caution when purchasing jewelry from TBZ.

It is my understanding, and common practice among other jewelers, that the price of 22k and 18k gold should be calculated proportionally based on the prevailing 24k gold rate (pro-rata basis). The premium charged by TBZ on this occasion seems far removed from this standard.

I hope this message serves as a warning and encourages others to scrutinize their bills carefully.
