I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Hotel Twigo Inn, and I must say it was nothing short of a nightmare. The room I was assigned to was not only dirty but emitted an unbearable stench that lingered throughout my entire stay. The presence of rats scurrying around the beds and within the room itself only added to the distressing atmosphere.
At 3 am, in desperation, we decided to reach out to the hotel manager for assistance. However, instead of addressing our concerns with empathy and professionalism, the manager callously dismissed our complaints. He callously suggested that rats were an accepted part of the hotel experience and insinuated that we should not expect better. This lack of concern for guests' well-being was deeply disheartening.
The state of the room was appalling. The towels, bedsheets, and pillows were all stained and reeked of an offensive odor, making it impossible to find any comfort or cleanliness during our stay. Even the bathroom, which should have been a sanctuary of hygiene, was in a deplorable condition. The overall impression was that of neglect and a complete disregard for basic standards of cleanliness.
Moreover, it soon became evident that Hotel Twigo Inn had a dubious reputation. It appeared to operate as a brothel, catering to couples seeking brief encounters. The presence of such an establishment within the hotel became apparent as we observed a constant stream of visitors arriving and departing within short durations.
In summary, my experience at Hotel Twigo Inn was distressing and utterly unsatisfactory. The uncleanliness, the infestation of rats, and the dismissive attitude of the hotel manager were major contributors to this negative experience. I would strongly advise against staying at this establishment if you value even the most basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, and...

I would not stay here again but if you don't find any room less than INR 2500 then you can...
