HOTEL ASTROS — Hotel in Mumbai

Had a fantastic stay at Hotel Astros! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. But what truly made our experience special was the hospitality of Ryan, the manager. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. This is the worst hotel ever...with an extremely arrogant front desk lady and extremely unprofessional stafff ...they just randomly walked into me and my partner in our room and on confronting them they just said thay if you do not feel safe just check out without any regards to how embarrassing and uncomfortable we were in that particular situation... worst hotel ever ...not at all couple friendly... do not stay at this hotel unless you are okay with random strangers just walking...

Really bad experience and this is 2nd time for me. while check in time the receptionist told that the room has been booked but we dont have room .. staff behaviour is very Rude - how the owner is managing with these people god knows.
