I totally agree with all the negative reviews posted here. If you want to stay away from the trouble, please avoid Eden Cakes It is the worst experience I have ever come across. WORST

Short summary: Overpriced, low-quality cakes. Worst customer service. No guarantee on whether the cake would be delivered. Just stay away. There are more negative reviews than good reviews for these scamsters. Just trust the negative reviews and avoid at all costs.

Given below is my experience:

I order a Customized cake

Pre Payment via UPI is successful. I Made them write all my requirements.

Next day i Called them up to take an update. Nobody picked up the phone.

After seen the cake I requested to take the cake back and asked them to refund.

After following up for 4 times,

However, the cake so dry and tasteless that no one wanted to eat it and half of the cake was wasted. i called them about their poor quality and they are so rude and mannerless, they hung up the call on my face. i messaged them about their poor quality and they read and chose not to respond. which makes me believe that they are aware of this issue and it doesn't matter to them.

The cake I ordered costs 4500 Rs.

Zomato did not allow to review may be because it was purchased in store. My Son picked this order personally from Lokhandwala on 1st September 2025 around approx 12 noon to 1 Pm, as it was to be packed properly for overseas. After 31 months someone was coming from India, was so thrilled to have Indian sweets. But Dale’s Eden have not even started with “I” of Indian sweets. When I was staying there, we use to order Pastries and they are good. Budhi bhrust ho gayi thi….order was all of 250 grams packs for convivence of opening so as to not expose all. 3 packs of Mothichoor laddu, 1 of milk cake and 2 of Kaju katli. They forgot to add Kaju in Kaju katli and ghee in Mothichoor laddu, they managed laddu’s with oil. Milk cake was just a pass. Super sweets beat them any day black and blue. What we went was for actually Methi Mathri, which was not available and hence sweets were added. Thanks God 1 kg each of Bundii ladoo and Black Badami halwas came from MM M…Malad…it was a lifesaver. Horrendous Quality – DO NOT ORDER!

If you’re looking for a cake for an important occasion, NEVER go to Dale’s Eden. I ordered a cake based on the design they showcased in their own album, expecting the same level of finishing. What they delivered was nothing short of a disaster. The cake lacked any finishing—there were visible white borders that completely ruined the aesthetics. The animal cutouts and trees looked like they were made by someone who had zero attention to detail—sloppy and amateurish. The entire cake looked rushed and nothing like the design they promised.

When I complained, instead of taking accountability, they had the audacity to claim the cake was “perfect” and this is the standard quality they deliver. No apology, no attempt to fix the issue, just sheer arrogance. For a shop that claims to specialize in cakes, this is unacceptable.

If you want your special occasion to be ruined and to be treated rudely when you complain, then by all means, go to Dale’s Eden. For everyone else, save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere. This place is a complete disgrace to the...
