There many facilities are available like valet parking, full bar, indoor seating and smoking area. This buffet has both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The spread includes starters, chaat and main course. They also have an awesome dessert range. The awesome and interesting thing about this restaurant is starters and drink can be available at table and rest will be arranged as a buffet. Now let me share my tasty food experience Roasted peppers and cheddar soup This bold and flavorful soup is made from roasted red pepper which was spicy soup with cheddar cheese was amazing.

Stuffed chillies with avocado salsa Stuffed chillies is a dish that exists in different names and forms around the world. It consists of hollowed or halved chikkies, filled with any of a variety of fillings, often including vegetables, cheese, rice, or sauce. They are usually assembled by filling the cavities of the chillies with avocado salsa was yummy little smoky flavoured and roasted. Firangi Galouti with Tandoori mayo This aromatic and flavorful kebab was made with super veggies and some spices. Galouti meant 'soft', something that melts in the mouth, and that was the purpose and that was served with Mayonnaise Tandoori a unique fusion of European Mayonnaise with Indian Spices was awesome combination.

Cheese Chilli Naan Wow this naan is an authentic flavorful naan. Naan Breads stuffed with cheese and flavoured with Garlic, Coriander and Chilli.

Fried idli Shaslik with Sweet Chilli sauce Mini idlis lined up with onion and capsicum cubes make this dish interesting and mouthwatering. It goes well with sweet chilli sauce.

Orange Chocolate dome cake These Orange Chocolate cake Domes are one of the most elegant dessert. Not only it looks impressive but the flavor combination is simply amazing, as oranges and chocolate are making a special perfect combination.

Gulab Jamun Cheesecake GULAB JAMUN CHEESECAKE, an Indian cheesecake made with paneer, hung yoghurt and gulab jamun. When small pieces of gulab jamun are placed in between the cheese and biscuit part, it forms such a delightful combination. Nothing can get better when Light creamy cheesecake bursting with delicate flavor and sweetness of gulab jamun come together. Cheesecakes are classic but elegant desserts.

🌟 Service Highlights That Deserve Applause: Breakfast Service – A Five-Star Performance Special mention to Sohail, who is an absolute star — articulate, attentive, and flawlessly professional. He never missed a detail. Also, hats off to the two ladies at the hostess desk and live counter (sorry we missed the name – one starts with “V”) — their warmth and energy were infectious. They truly are the smile and vibe police of the breakfast team!

On the flip side, the men in jackets—especially during breakfast—came across as stern and unapproachable. A more welcoming demeanor, like the rest of the staff, would go a long way. 5 days in the hotel not once anyone checked in on our stay which is a standard practice I remember from our previous stays.

Housekeeping – Impeccable and Detail-Oriented The housekeeping team was an absolute clean machine — responsive, adaptable, and impressively thorough. Their attention to detail made our stay in Room 617 incredibly comfortable. A heartfelt thank you!

Check-In / Check-Out – Smooth and Super-Fast This was one of the most efficient aspects of our stay. The front desk team was swift, accurate, and courteous — everything you’d expect from a top-tier property.

Security & Bell Staff – The True Charm of the Stay Every return to the hotel felt like a warm welcome home. The security gentleman (older in age, but unmatched in energy) and the ever-helpful bellboy were outstanding. And a special shoutout to the gentleman with the moustache — humble, ever-present, and truly kind. Gym Staff & Maintenance Though the gym is compact, it’s well-maintained and the staff there are courteous and attentive.

What touched us most was that none of these team members ever made us feel like they were doing it for tips or incentives — their hospitality felt genuine and from the heart.

We rated the hotel three stars for two main reasons: Ongoing large-scale renovations, which disrupted the ambiance and experience. Service lapses across departments, which fell short of five-star expectations.

While the property shows strong potential, there are key areas that need immediate attention: • Cutlery shortages: Staff consistently struggled to provide additional cutlery, often taking it from other tables — an issue that repeated itself every time. • Dining atmosphere: The restaurant feels stark and echoing due to the high ceilings. Introducing live flute music in the lobby could elevate the guest experience dramatically. • Room readiness: Upon check-in, it took 20–30 minutes for the air purifier to neutralize the unpleasant odor in the room. This made for a very poor arrival experience, with outdoor air quality feeling better than indoors. Guests should not be checked into rooms in this condition. • Pool condition: Despite being in an elite area and pricing, the pool remained dirty and unusable throughout our five-day stay, which seriously undermined the luxury feel...
