K.3 Snacks & Sweets — Restaurant in Mumbai

I am a resident of Powai and i have been visiting K3 sweets most oftenly. Have had bad experiences also majorly during festive seasons the cash counter people behave like they habe earned enough and small amounts of orders do not matter to them. So this review is about the POS machine for card payment at K3 sweets. Today i had been with my mom to have some snacks and i ordered a few items with invoice of 190 rupees they denied accepting the card as the lady on the counter said "Yaha pe padho humne likha hain card payment only above 200". So i said her it was not there a few days ago and mostly in india cards are accepted for any swipe above 100 rupees. I asked her did you keep the limit or the bank has decided the limit she replied the bank has said the minimum transaction limit needs to be 200 for using cards " New Rule" . So i went ahead and added 70 rupees more to my order of 190 and swipped for 260. Now i called the axis bank customer care for POS machine sale and asked them is there any minimum transaction limit for using POS machine they said no mostly using can use any amount below 100 also but merchant keep thier own transaction amount. Point here in a digital environment today is this acceptable.? This is a way or earning untracable cash income bcz we take token from counter and give it back to them at eatable counter so no bills produced. The food items are reasonably priced per taste, quality and location. I've been going to K3 since years now. Just today I observed they have iron beams up top to support the lights, fans etc. I was standing below the dabeli, panipuri area and felt water droplets on my hand. When i looked up.. to my horror..the irom beam was totally rusted due to some leakage issue in the ceiling. Now imagine that rusted powdery part is immediately above the food stations so inevitably tiny rust particles must be falling into the panipuri, dabeli, samosa, chat and nearby food items and it is going inside our stomachs 🤮. It is disgusting. As soon as I saw this, i told the owner/person sitting on wo gives token, and asked him to repair or replace it. He said the water problem has started recently.. And theek fix it.. however my view is so much rusting can't happen in a few days. Let's hope they repair that.. Otherwise I'm not...

Good place for snacks, sweets and breakfast items. Amazing variety of items under one roof. Everything is freshly prepared and can get take away or have inside with self service and standing tables. I wish they had some seating for having breakfast. Be aware of moderate wait times for getting the dishes prepared. Their counter system is a bit confusing as not all dishes are served from the same counter, which is a bit odd as one person needs to visit two counters to get their dosa and coffee. Staff can be a little more attentive, as most of them are just waiting for customers to approach them rather than reaching out and helping them to get their orders fulfilled.
