Aromas Café & Bistro — Restaurant in Mumbai

A cafe that is located right in the heart of the plush and lively Powai locality, its placement itself makes it an amazing dinning spot.

Aroma's cafe situated just around the corner, opposite Dmart, is a contemporary place having its roots in Australia. The place hosts of AC indoor seating and a few outdoor seats. Considering the location, I actually loved sitting outside than sitting indoors.

Since its the holiday season and Christmas is almost here, they had put up lights and Christmas tree and had decors put up on the walls as well. It all gives a very beautiful feel to the place.

I decided to visit the place since they were hosting a Australian food festival this week. A whole new list of Australian cuisine inspired food items curated by the chef, I had to try it.

There is a separate menu for anyone who wants to try their Australian cuisine, it's not uploaded on zomato.

My first choice for the evening was Spiced lamb and feta bruschetta, so it's basically pieces of bread topped with soft and tender lamb pieces. The lamb meat very juicy, along with the crunch of the bread makes this a delectable and MUST TRY dish.

Next was their Habanero and Mango spiced chicken, this was by far one the best dishes I have tasted. The sauce is simply amazing, it has a hint of mango to it which adds a sweet element but then the spicy Habanero sauce kicks in to give it the spiciness. Both the tastes balance each other so well, and the perfectly cooked soft chicken pieces are the perfect compliment.A MUST MUST try dish.

From their mains section, decided to try their Chicken schnitzel on fettuccine. Although schnitzel is an Austrian dish and fettuccine is Italian, I was quiet surprised that this dish was a part of their Austrian food festival. Fettuccine is basically small Ribbons of pasta, this dish is served in white garlic cream mixed with fettuccine and topped with strips of fried chicken. Wished the pasta would have a bit more taste to it, a CAN TRY dish.

Black rice and curry prawns was next, this was truly an Australian special dish. Half black rice and yellow prawns curry, the dish looks really great and presented very nicely. The curry is amazing and the prawns simply delicious. Rice great too, overall a MUST TRY dish just for the prawns!

For desserts, they did not have the ones that were mentioned on their Australian menu. So decided to go with their blueberry no bake cheesecake.As the name suggests it's not like your everyday cheesecake. Soft creamy cake with pieces of raisin in it and biscuit crust in the bottom. Didn't like it that much actually.A MAY TRY for me.

Coming to aromas cafe, how would you not try their coffee. My first choice of coffee, hot Nutella Hazelnut Coffee. Nutella chocolate covered towards the upper half of the glass and patent aromas coffee flavor. The truly is a premium coffee and highly recommended one.Also its served with a biscuit. A MUST TRY for me.

Next from their Australian special menu, tried their Iced Dark Forest Mocha. A cold beverage, mocha coffee topped with cream and cherry pieces, a lovely drink, cold coffee flavors and whipped cream makes it a perfect blend,a CAN TRY dish.

Overall, the cafe is great. Really good decor, tasty food and some newly curated dishes makes aromas cafe a place to visit. Staff is also very polite and approachable.Dishes are priced fairly for the quantity they serve as well.Quantity would be good...

Located across multiple locations in Mumbai, this Aromas cafe& bistro is beautifully lit up cafe that serves some amazing beverages and Italian, continental and asian food. The food is all vegetarian and is a great coffee place. Photo coffee or fotokoffi (as they call it) is the latest addition to their menu. 0-Food: They serve American and Italian cuisines alongwith different and unique fresh beverages to try out. Beverage menu is vast and different from other outlets, you should definitely try out some. -Ambiance- The place is brightly lit with hanging chairs, AROMA shaped seating and vibrant wall graffitis. The ambiance is chill and cool place to hang out. Kandivallians should definitely go out and spend chill time here. -Service- The staff is very friendly and hospitable. They tend to serve you quick and respond you politely. 9-Price- The price is appropriate as per the quantity and quality they serve. With all the above feedback, I had an amazing experience eating some of their best options and sipping some of their unique beverages. • Non Alcoholic Beer- This one's for teetotalers as they say it. Its a soda based frizzer that will refresh you with its coolness. Basil Shake- Its banana and basil shake. Its healthy and tummy filling. • French Vanilla- Its their signature french vanilla hot beverage that's surely gonna warm your heart. Tropical Coco- The name suggest coconut water. Hence its a healthy smoothie of coco water, mango, spinach and banana. • Potato Cheddar Slider- Its between the buns, potato pattice with cheddar cheese and veggies. Dal Khichdi Anarcini- Deep fried spicy dal khichdi anarcini ball served hot with green mayo chutney tasted lavish. • Creole Potatoes- I loved this spicy and crispy creole spices mixed crispy baby potatoes. Spicy bbq Paneer Pizza- It was the spicy bbq paneer pizza but still would go well with tomato sauce.

• Puttanesca Pizza- This pizza is made of puttanesca sauce; simply loved this one. Roasted Garlic & Mushroom Risotto- It was too garlicy for me. • Tomato & Cream Cheese Risotto- Again, this was also okayish. I think aroma's needs to improve on their risottos. Homemade Dessert Tootsee- It was the different dessert that I ever had. Served with cream, crispy toasts topped with chocolate sauce tasted too well. Cafe ? When classiness is all on your mind , then going to a place called "Cafe" doesn't sounds like a great idea right? Well lemme tell you something , this place serves the best Italian food. It lives up to its name AROMA😍 Location:- This restaurant is situated at Powai and can be easily located❤️💯

Food :- No doubt the food is remarkable in taste, quality as well as quantity. Nice variety of continental food, they have amazing breakfast choices. They have variety of coffees and it will make you think which one you should try🤤

Our Order :-

1. Milkshake - So we ordered Monster Nutella KitKat Shake and it is the best chocolate due one can ever taste as it has chocolate icecream topped with waffer biscuits 🤤🤤
2. Pizza - We ordered Paneer Chili pizza, it is basically an Italian dish, while Chili Paneer is an Indo- Chinese fusion delicacy. So the Pizza represents fusion cooking from three different culinary traditions😍 I loved the spicy flavour with the combination of bell pepper, onion and paneer❤️
3. Starter - Well they suggested us to have Grilled Chesse Cottage so we tasted that and it was really very scrumptious 😋
4. Dessert - I always wanted to try Mud Cake so I decided to have that and the moment I tasted it just made me forget other desserts. I still can't forget the taste 🤩😋

Staff :- The service staff was much kind and courteous and helped us ordering the best dishes of the restaurant. They were attentive as well.The service was prompt. Special thanks to Abdul Sir and Sanket Sir❤️

Ambience:- The ambience is Great with a great decor perfect lightings with nice seating arangement .They have live music there and it feels great to eat with live music and various lights💖
