Enjoyable Experience at Sigree Global Grill, Hiranandani - Minor Concern with Fish Quality

I recently visited Sigree Global Grill in Hiranandani and overall, it was an enjoyable dining experience. Here are the aspects I appreciated about the restaurant, along with a minor concern regarding the quality of fish:

Ambience and Service: The ambience of Sigree Global Grill was inviting and comfortable. The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere with well-designed interiors. The staff members were attentive, polite, and promptly attended to our needs throughout the meal. Their service contributed to a positive dining experience.

Variety and Quality of Food: Sigree Global Grill offered a wide range of grilled dishes, and the quality of most of the food was commendable. The live grills added an interactive element, allowing us to enjoy freshly cooked delicacies. The variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options was impressive, ensuring there was something to suit every palate.

Flavors and Presentation: The flavors of the dishes were rich and well-balanced, and the presentation of the food was visually appealing. The aroma and taste of most grilled items left a lasting impression, and the chefs showcased their skills through the flavorful preparations. Concern with Fish Quality: However, I did have a minor concern with the quality of the fish served. The fish did not meet the freshness and taste expectations I had. It seemed slightly lacking in flavor and freshness, which was disappointing considering the overall positive experience with other food items. I believe that an improvement in the sourcing and freshness of the fish would elevate the dining experience further. In conclusion, my visit to Sigree Global Grill in Hiranandani was enjoyable, with excellent ambience, attentive service, and a wide variety of delicious grilled dishes. While most of the food was of high quality, I was slightly disappointed with the freshness and taste of the fish. I hope the restaurant takes note of this feedback and takes steps to enhance the quality of their fish offerings. Nevertheless, I would still recommend Sigree Global Grill for its overall positive experience and flavorful grilled delicacies.

Sigree Global Grill has been famous for it’s buffet. From some indulging appetisers and dessert specials to a wonderful ambience, it was everything worth the time. We were greeted with a welcome drink that was the Litchi Sabja Sherbet.

Here’s a description of what all we had:-

Kebabs

For the starters, we were introduced a variety of kebabs. What was delightful was that they had both vegetarian as well as the non vegetarian ones.

Whether it was the Mutton Shikampuri or the veg shami kebab, both were really crisp, unique and delicious. The Rajma Galouti was a totally new dish for me and one to devour for all the food lovers.

Mughlai Anda Paratha

Layered paratha from both sides and stuffed with egg as the name suggests. Extremely healthy and yummy stuff.

Mutton Lukhmi

Similar to a samosa but a little bit different in size and shape. This Hyderabadi special includes stuffing with mutton-mince kheema. Quick bite.

Paneer Peri Peri Pakoda

An exquisite starter dish if you’re a vegetarian. The paneer was served with peri peri sauce on top. It was fried well and quite crispy.

MAIN COURSE

There was a wide variety of salads to begin your main course meal with. Here are some of the Ramadan specials we had.

Gosht Haleem

The traditional Ramadan dish. For those who don’t know, it’s similar to a porridge. A good flavor of whole spices and onion alongside mutton. Loved the taste and recommended.

Dum Mutton Biryani

Dum Biryani where the layered rice is marinated with mutton and other interesting seasonings. The mutton pieces are tender and the biryani overall is quite tasty.

DESSERTS

Malpua (with Rabdi)

The Malpua was soft, fluffy and crispy. Soaked in sugar syrup. Extremely sweet. Need your sugar tooth mode activated for this one.

Date and Pistachio Baklava

A combination of walnuts, almonds and dates which is rolled to form a Turkish dessert. Tastes deeply and richly as a result of all the above mentioned ingredients.

Other desserts that require notable mentions are the Mango Fruit Custard and ever favourite gulab jamuns. The sheer korma was also good.

Overall we had a brilliant experience at the Sigree Global. The staff was also quite well behaved and we really enjoyed having iftaar here. Look forward to...
