Via Priceless — Hotel in Mumbai

Very bad experience....cant give zero so gave one star....that bad it was...booked a suite room,they charged me for the same but when i reached hotel they started saying mam hotel is overbooked so suite room is not available u have to take normal room and all...atleast they shud say that before or atleast they shouldn't have allowed my booking....wen i asked about the refund they asked me to call fab hotels support first and those ppl tried to convince me to take a normal room for 2days then they will shift me to suite room as the stay was for 4nights. .i asked for the refund then they started saying me to call MMT ppl as i booked through that app....even then i went to see the normal room to adjust for 2nights but the sight of that room was horrible that i couldn't stay for a second even....then i had to call MMT to refund my money....it took me almost 1hr to deal with this nusicance after a day full of journey....location is bad,rooms are bad but the price was no less and no one wants to take responsibility for their mistakes there....horrible horrible experience....dont believe the photos they put on websites....the reality is...

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. Despite being a regular customer, I was treated with complete disrespect, especially by the receptionist named Hulash Yadav. After taking money when we asked about the poor service he is telling us kya takleef hai aapko jeevan mei??

After taking full payment, Mr. Hulash gave us a room without a functioning AC, filled with a bad smell, and infested with cockroaches. When I raised this issue and asked for better service, instead of helping, he responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner.

This experience was unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the management and standards of your hotel. I am prepared to take this complaint to every possible level to ensure it is addressed properly. Your staff needs urgent training in customer service, and your facilities need serious maintenance and hygiene improvements.

I hope this issue is taken seriously, and immediate steps are taken to improve service quality for all...

Very Shady place and the hotel pictures are all incorrect. The room's door also doesn't close properly giving security issues. The place has no elevantor and the stairs are so narrow that only young ppl can do the adventure of climbing.

No cleanliness also. It gives u a feel that u are in a deserted place where u need to be cautious all the time.

Overall it gave me a feel of insecurity and this place is a very shady place and not recommended for family members. I vacated the place in 2 hrs immediately after...
