Very very very Bad Experiance Dont Book this property.. read my experiance

Yest monday 15.11.2021  i booked room online on agoda.com of hotel fab express deluxe comfort andheri west for one night  for 2 person me n my dad (hospital purpose)

I paid amount rs 1377.35 via hdfc net banking. I got booking Id From Agoda.com ( Booking ID 605836397)

But when i called hotel for booking conformation they diney booking they told no such booking we recived from agoda then i tried agoda customer care but it was international number so i didnt able to contact them by my mobile so i replied them on there mail of booking invoice but no any reply from there side

Again i requested to fabindia hotels customer care to provide me room i paid all payment for room booking but they didnt accept

Atlast i take my father ( cancer patient ) to my relative home on  night 12 am.

Me n my father who is cancer patient suffer too much harassment from this two company...

Not worth a single penny... First of all the hotel should stop posting fake photos or rooms online. I checked in on 28th Aug and was staying in room #105. The room was very congested to begin with. Wall colors stripping off and wet patches on walls. As I went further in room the bathroom door frame was rusted nd color stripping there too. The bed head rest was broken like someone had punched a hole in it. The bed sheet and pillow covers were stained and dirty. Staff at hotel do not have sense of cleanliness. Every inch of room had heavy dust. I called reception for room change and was told they were full and the room I was in was their biggest room. Well if this congested room is biggest I wonder how small the other rooms would be. Completely disgusted with stay. Would not and will never recommend this...

It's one of the worst hotel ever seen by me. In pics they show something else and in reality its something totally different. Moreover people at the reception lie a lot. It's not only people at the reception infact at customer care also guys speak lie. I am 100% sure that all the reviews which are talking of the hotel aspects of the hotel are fake as there's nothing which can be praised . Rooms were extremely small n stinking with no cross ventilation. We can only walk around a small bed . I objected at the reception n the guy himself said that ' photo mein toh aacha hi deinge internet per '. All the positive reviews are fake and are posted by family , friends and workers. Terrible is just a small word to write...i guess Pathetic...
