Itsy Hotels Green Villaa — Hotel in Puducherry

Horrible Experience. Just Check out after spending 3 Nights Stay at Green Villa. Please don't book in this Property henceforth. As a Hotelier will be going to give 10 points out of 100 First of all this is not a Hotel. This is one type of Guest House. Situated near Drain line. BAD Smell 24×7 They don't have any types of service even Tea also not available Breakfast only available in a shade outside where u will get Bad Smell of the drain line which is close to the Property No Manager available. Running with 3 persons. Full of Mosquitoes Water in the Tap is Muddy Even u can't get a single service from in-house staffs No Responses from any sort of complaints We checked in 27th December n checked out on 30th December Morning. Our Room AC was not working from day we Checked In . Till we checked out No one Attend for AC rectification. Room No 504 was under maintenance room but how they cheated Customer I simply don't understand. Only false assurance. No owner available of this property. I hope this is the worst Property of Treebo. After paying 11500/- per 3 Nights on AC Room we suffered a lot . They even not change our Room Always saying Sir all Rooms sold out. In Pondicherry what I found cheating with Tourist is a hobby of this kind of people n Auto Driver along with Ola Driver. Last not but least don't book any Ola as because they don't follow the rates mentioned in online booking. They charge double after reaching your destination. They are not at all aware of rules and regulations. Avoid this type of Property. Don't pay in Advance because u can't get refund. Visit this property before...

Disappointing Experience at Itsy Hotel Pondicherry

I recently had stayed in Itsy Hotel in Pondicherry, and I must say that my experience was far from satisfactory.

Room: The room I was allocated was cramped and poorly maintained. The bathroom was not attached to the room and was not clean and had a leaky faucet. Overall, the room was not worth the price I paid.

Service: The service at the hotel was subpar. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. The basic toiletry items like dental kit were not available.

Food: We had a buffet breakfast and the menu was limited. The breakfast spread was also unimpressive.

Location: The hotel's location is not ideal. Its far from the main attractions in Pondicherry. The surrounding area is also not well-maintained, with litter and debris scattered everywhere.

Note: If you are coming here in your own car please make sure you bring a car cover.The parking please is full of crows and how much ever you try you can't escape from its shit.

Overall, my stay at the Itsy Hotel Pondicherry was a disappointment. The hotel's poor maintenance, subpar service, and mediocre food make it a place to avoid. Unless the hotel undergoes significant improvements, I would not recommend...

We stayed at the hotel with a family of 20 adults and children, for 3 nights. From the start, basic facilities like water bottles were not provided unless requested, and there were no spoons for breakfast. Despite repeated requests, spoons were only made available on the last day when they purchased 20 new ones. Additionally, there was no proper provision for drying clothes, and only after asking did they install some hanging wires.

When we raised these issues, the staff did not seem to acknowledge that these were basic necessities that should have been available from the beginning.

The hotel is located near a drainage area, leading to many mosquitoes in the common areas, with no effort made to control them. Some fogging or other pest control measures would have helped. Additionally, there were no indoor activities for kids, like carrom or chess, which was disappointing.
