The ice creams are good. I won't recommend any of the other stuff to eat.

But no matter how good the ice creams may be, the staff here are the worst!

Once my wife came here, waited for 5 minutes but wasn't attended to. I joined her another three minutes of but even being acknowledged by the staff. We left.

Today, the cashier was busy messaging on his phone while taking our order. Took 9 minutes to even start processing our order after billing was done. I was rudely told to wait at my table until I was called. And they proceeded to add toppings that we didn't want.

I was told i didn't mention this while billing. Thankfully they redid my order and gave us a fresh batch.

Took almost 15 minutes to give us 4 ice creams! (Probably because they served someone else who came after us first).

They have RICH in their name & price.. Not on the quality & taste.. Taste is average & Quantity is very less compared to the price.. Mayo costs extra but they served a useless shit where i never tasted such a bitter & sour mayo in my life which was horrible and spoiled the taste of everything.. They are serving in poor quality paper plate but taking more cost for worthless food.. And Handwash is where very next to the toilet which is very worst.. Ordered a cheese corn sandwich and two baby cup ice creams—it took over 30 minutes to get to the table despite very little crowd. The service was extremely slow and disappointing. When the food finally arrived, the taste was below average and not worth the wait. It's a token-based system, but I have no idea what takes them so long.
