The Bad: Mosquito Problem: The presence of mosquitoes was a major issue. Despite being a "luxury" apartment, there were no mosquito repellents or nets provided, making it nearly impossible to sleep comfortably at night.
Limited Complementary Breakfast: The breakfast offered was extremely limited in both variety and quantity. The portions were insufficient even for one person, and there was no option to request extras. For a luxury service apartment, this was disappointing and inadequate.
No Basic Toiletries: Surprisingly, no toiletries were provided. This is a basic expectation for any accommodation, let alone a luxury service apartment. We had to manage without essentials, which was inconvenient.

There was no TV in the room, and when we asked for one, they said we needed to pay extra. However, upon checking the TV, we were shocked to see that it looked more like a tablet.
Additionally, there was no water can, no kettle, no towels, and no toiletries provided. Frustrated with the poor conditions, we decided to cancel our booking and contacted Goibibo customer care. They were supportive and sent an email for cancellation, informing us that it needed to be approved by the manager of La Tamara (TIE Groups).
When we approached the manager for approval, he was extremely rude, behaving in an unprofessional manner. He refused to approve our cancellation at the last minute, claiming that he would lose money and that there were no other confirmed bookings for the day. When we asked why there was only a common TV instead of one in each room, the manager, Mr. Rajesh, explained that due to irregular bookings and financial issues, they couldn't afford a private TV for each room.
