Can you believe an international food company like KFC provides an order without any receipt? Even I insisted on the bill to the cashier at the counter, but he lied that it would be inside the parcel but nothing... After I ordered, I got an sms that it would be delivered in 3 minutes, but I waited for 15+ minutes, and it is the same for all customers and they don't even care.. no sorry.. Though they have two billing counters, they use only one and make customers wait in queue.. power saving? To check the order status, they have a TV, but it is just a showcase... it will be blank and calling the customers with order numbers like school dogs.. 121, 122.. how the hear aided person can know it is ready.. This one store is enough to spoil the brand name of KFC.. being a KFC lover, I have a very much disappointed and bad experience...

Very awful taste in maduraiā€™s branch. No colesaw and bun are provided in combo meal in this branch. Shocked to hear that there is no spicy fries available. The only thing which takes to KFC instead of moving to McDonlads in Qatar. Staff were not organised. Confused in order & providing different items and left something behind. I ordered strips and bucket. Bucket was provided and strips were promised to sent to my table as it was in cooking state. Finally they missed it and i very much annoyed to go and ask for it. No to KFC. I strongly recommend Heavenā€™s Park restaurant to choose instead of KFC. Well organised and tastes good.

Its located in 80 feet road. It's very growdy in the week end. Road side parking is available for two wheelers. For car parking little bit difficult to find places. KFC staffs are very polite. We went as family 1kid, 1implants and 2adults. It costed around Rs900. Environment is too good. Ideal place for families, adults, friends, couples and lover's. Veg, chicken, cool drinks, ice creams, popcorn, French Fries are available here. Ground floor billing counters, dining tables and kitchens available. First floor dining table, rest rooms and handwash available. Take away also available. Minimum waiting time for the orders is 5minutes to 15minutes. They will accept card payments and cash. Seating capacity is around 50 to 60 people can sit for dining. Do not have wheelchair access to the entrance. In groundfloor high chair...
