We booked the room in advance and reached in the morning. We already informed about our late arrival. When we reached, the person at the reception didn't even bothered to mind us. I waited for three minutes for him to speak. He hasn't. When I asked about the booking he said there isn't any booking without even checking. I said you check first or ask someone if you don't know. We have done two different bookings for three nights stay. He was least bothered to check sitting in a chair. I said how long you want us to wait with a baby. When I asked for a manager, he said what will I do if there is not any booking. He was murmuring. Made us to wait. Then he just went upstairs without even calling us. We assumed that he is going up to show the room. The room wasn't clean, no lock for the bathroom, when I asked whether he can fix this, his response was it will be like that. . so rude, least bothered to speak or answer, had to ask the same question twice. Very upset in the morning itself booking this hotel. Have planned to stay till evening and to move to an another hotel since 3 days money would not be refunded. Bathroom had bad odour, cockroaches inside the ward robe. Shiva said people will come to clean the bathroom only after 10 o'clock. We reached here by 6.15 am and the hotel expects us to not use the bathroom till 10 am. Moreover we booked this room in advance to avoid all this hassle. I can accept everything but not the way treated by Shiva. We had paid money. I didn't expect 100 percent perfection but a decent and polite behaviour towards the guest is important. He looked at me from my head till the toe. I felt embarrassed being a woman. So irritated.

So went online at around 4pm on the same day and found this hotel with AC rooms at unbelievably low tariff on Make My Trip.||||After checking the pics shown on the website, just decided to book it.||||My guest Mr.Ramesh Kumar arrived at around 11.15pm and was told that there was no booking in his name and he would have to pay and take a fresh booking. So he called me to reconfirm. When I intervened and told the receptionist about the booking done on MakeMyTrip.Com and provided with the booking ID, he insisted that the guest needs to carry a printed booking voucher without which it is invalid. When I gave him a piece of my mind, he agreed to check in the guest.||||The guest managed to check in at around 12 midnight and to his disgust found that the room was stinking of alcohol and cigarette smoke. The room was full of flies and dirty dishes lying strewn around. It was not even cleaned. In oyo this room was only for 750 but they charged 1200 from us. Very bad experience wid oyo yet again. This filthy hotel we got only because of your bad service and last moment hotel change. Oyo also cant do anything coz these hotel people say that all the rooms are full but they lie coz they give the room to guest comming without booking in a very higher price. Very poorly maintained.
