As rightly reviewed by many, Geetham & Kaarthik Restaurants outscored many other competitors, but we gave higher status to Hotel Geetham for overall satisfaction – worth trying both.

$$ We felt that Hotel Geetham stood the best in QUALITY – QUANTITY – SERVICE – PRICE Status! Their MINI-TIFFIN (Morning Breakfast – in Banana Leaf) @ Rs. 65/= cannot be consumed by 2 persons! Ref to our photos! HOT & TASTY! Really appreciate!!

HOTEL KARTHIK – Standard (Limited – more than sufficient for a person) Lunch @ Rs.70, Unlimited at @ Rs. 80 & Executive Meals @ Rs.100/= (eat-what-you-can-eat) are Excellent!

@@ Most of the restaurants in Pondi lack proper 4 wheeler parking (Saravana Bhavan Parking is the worst!)

My experience at Pondicherry Saravana Bhavan was highly disappointing, marked by poor service and deceptive practices.

Location and Parking Located in the city center, the restaurant is conveniently situated but lacks parking facilities, which can be quite inconvenient for visitors.

Staff and Service The behavior of the staff was unacceptable. Upon arrival, we were informed that only unlimited meals were available, despite our request for plate meals due to concerns about wastage. The staff insisted on serving us unlimited meals, only to later switch to plate meals when they ran out of rice. This unnecessary drama felt like a scam to force us into ordering more expensive options.

Food Quality The quality of the food was subpar. The meals were not served properly, with many items missing or inadequately portioned. The taste was also disappointing, adding to the overall bad experience.

Overall Impression Pondicherry Saravana Bhavan failed to meet even the most basic expectations of service and food quality. The deceptive practices, poor staff behavior, and lackluster food make it a place I cannot recommend. Improvements in honesty, customer service, and food quality are...

I don't want to rate the restaurant because they have done scam I have ordered onion rava dosa,onion uthapam,first ,but however the waiter told me to sit in the AC room and I can see crowd outside AC room.we shifted to AC room and order as written in the previous sentence and asked for bill I can see he has added extra 25 RS in each item we ordered and when I asked he told ac charges it seems but when twist came i ordered for grape juice which is shown as 60 rs in bill it's 105 guys a request don't fool customers please inform your customers about the ac and non AC prices before providing food even if the customer is from pondicherry or not .service is...
