Hotel Sahil (Veg & Nonveg) — Restaurant in Pune

I used online Zomato where I placed an order for 12 Tandoori roti, one butter Paratha, one chicken Angara and one rice through Zomato Zomato had order details properly. The delivery agent had given the order properly. Hotel did not provide roti and butter Paratha and it’s now stating that this is Zomato fault when called Zomato. It was not Zomato‘s fault. It is Hotel‘s fault because he missed out the order. He did not give me the order, and when we call them, he directly disconnected the call on the face.
