OYO 874 Hotel Le Royce — Hotel in Pune

recently stayed at the Hotel Le Royace Hotel for three nights, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. Major attractions were within walking distance, and public transportation was easily accessible.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities, including a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV, and a coffee maker. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water and the luxurious bathroom with a rain shower. The housekeeping staff ensured the room was spotless every day.

The breakfast buffet was a highlight of my stay. It offered a wide variety of fresh options, including pastries, fruits, hot dishes, and freshly brewed coffee. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and ensured everything was well-stocked.

One of the standout features of this hotel was the excellent customer service. The reception staff were friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They provided great recommendations for restaurants and local attractions.

Below average hotel. Rooms looks okay, however the cleanliness and service is really poor. While checking in the room was dirty (table had food stains and the room had beer bottles caps etc). The room service staff opened our room while we were away without our information. The cleaning wasn't done in spite of asking for the same. The hotel/ kitchen was not functional, which was not informed while booking the hotel. The reception phone was kept aside in the night/ early morning so nobody can call and disturb them in the night or early morning, and when asked as our room's electricity was gone, the receptionist said they don't provide service in the night.

UNSAFE!

I stayed at this hotel for a night. They run on solar, did not get hot water. Next morning when I went for breakfast, they opened my room without telling me and took the iron which I had asked for 15 mins before. My stuff was all over spread on the bed. I had some money stolen. I had a power bank stolen.

They are not at all considerate of the fact that they are entering a women’s room without informing them!

Unfortunately I had to leave next day for Delhi or else I would have taken them down.
