in my case i was on my work tour and alone with a situtation that i was no where to go no place and as it was weekend i was unable to find other alternative. they asked to pay as much as 3 times looking at my condition. when asked for my booking they said we dont obey those bookings and are not willing to serve at those price mentioned also. and said you may go whereever you want to complaint for the hotel or the website. they dont care. i was horriefied with the thougth that if it was not my work tour and if it was my family with me then WHAT WOULD I HAVE DONE.

The Service team at the welcome desk is rude, almost like they are doing us a favor. I was promised that the staff would pick up breakfast n deliver to my room by 8.30 am I reminded the staff at 8.15 AM n the food was NOT delivered by 9 am. Had to leave to work on an Empty stomach.
