OYO Home 78726 Pleasant Stay (24 Baner) Baner — Hotel in Pune

One of the most terrible experience when it comes to hotel stay. First of all please do not just check out the hotel posted photos, ask them to send you photos of place right in front of the hotel. The hotel is right in front of a large dump. and that too on a one-sided road. It shows 6 min walk from the balewadi high street, but you cannot even walk on that road.

Second and a very important problem. On all of the websites they have listed themselves as a hotel offering breakfast, but the hotel does not have kitchen. They will bully you by telling even if you have paid for the breakfast, we wont serve, do whatever you can. (so bdw they have a kitchen, but they only cook for staff and not for the customers who visit, well its their choice after all, but in that case they should specify it on the website). booked them via Agoda, and on agoda they confirmed that they would refund the money ( i have screenshots proving this), but then they will refuse telling we would not pay. (like literally bully you)

Third, the service is also terrible, they do not offer water as a courtesy, every single drop of water is chargeable. And even when you pay, they would not deliver it to the room, they would expect that you come and pick it up. Now I dont mind it, but when i see someone getting paid to deliver such things to the room, sitting on a sofa watching videos on mobile and the receptionist asking me to take the bottle with me, it would definitely get me furious.

I would recommend never stay at this hotel. if a guy has gun to your head and asks you to stay at this hotel, may be then, but otherwise never...

Ver worst service under Oyo rooms. Reception guy and lady they don't know how to talk to customers. Misbehaving with them even came out from the desk to fight. Taking extra charges from customers. Directly saying rehna hain toh reho nhi toh bhaad main jayo. This property owner nd Oyo rooms should look into this. No water bottle no TV working. Rooms are only made for near by college couples who required it for 2-3 hours without asking single question to the owner or staff. B grade property under Oyo. They are running 3-4 properties in one single building with different names. After talking to Oyo customer care still they are denying nd saying to pay total 1200 Rs otherwise khi aur jayo nhi toh krlo apni booking cancel. First owner should change his staff. Firstly, the price is way too high. Even after the discount it's still high for whats provided. Well actually nothing is provided. There is no TV in the room as well ! For the kind of people using the room I don't think they'd require TV 😉 But I wanted to stay for like 4 days. No TV, no water bottle and fair cleaning of the room, bed and bedsheets were unclean.
