Si Nonna's, I kinda love you but we are in a situation ship!
visited the Si Nonna's in balewadi after eyeing this place for days. It was a sweet and sour experience but I'll still give you a 4/5.
Ambience: Well lit, well executed, very calm ambience. the ambience is nothing out of the fancy but it's calm and comforting. washroom was clean yet the seat was wet! so be careful before you sit! no peesafe or seat covers! 3/5
Food:
Sour dough pizza S3: Tomato sauce, mozzarella, garlic, capers, oregano, fresh basil, olives 3/5 Asked for a recommendation and they recommended the veg special but had read online that it isn't so good so ordered this. asked them to replace the olives with bell peppers but they said I have to pay extra so I skipped it. later came and asked me that they can replace it and I said no. coming to the dough, I've had a lot of sourdoughs and this was probably the best consistency of the dough and the crust! absolutely loved it! however the amount of cheese that was on this pizza felt like they were short of cheese. I would have loved a little more cheese. it felt like the 12 inch pizza was basically a 10 inche with some extra dough on the side. but it was delicious! And put me in a trance.
tiramisu: 5/5 if I can give the tiramisu here a 100/10 I would. absolutely lovely, beautiful texture, awesome balanced taste and lovely aftertaste. this is gonna be my favourite place for tiramisu for sure!
Nonna's hand crafted whitbier: 3/5 absolutely loved the beer! but this place is absolutely miser with the quantity. if I'm paying around 420rupees for a beer id atleast expect it to be a 500ml mug but it was barely 300ml! though I loved the taste, the quantity was a disappointment!
Service: 4/5 loved the way the waiters explained the stuff! service was fast! I asked for some mozzarella to try and the waiter was happy to get it for me! if they ever sold their mozzarella I would definitely get it for my home pizza!
Costing: Let me give you a realistic picture. this place is little on the higher end. got a pizza, tiramisu and a beer and ended up paying 1700/- I don't regret though !
final verdict: worth giving it a shot! will it be my favourite pizza spot? probably no! will it be my favourite tiramisu spot? absolutely! would I want to try more stuff...

Read moreI wanted to try this new brach opened near by my house. As i have already went to their mall of millenium branch couple of times i had very high expectations but unfortunately it was a let down.
To start with hygiene is a big issue. The entire place was dusty. Floors , some tables and also child seat had some sort of flour dust on all of them. They need to improve on that for sure.
The second let down was the service, there was only one person taking orders and serving as well so everything was very slow, although i was not in hurry but the level of attention given was very low. Like the server almost forgot about the khombucha we ordered and we had to remind again.
Lastly coming to food. That was only good thing , we ordered a total of 3 items, we started with the salad contadina, than we had foccacia with tomato and mozzarella, than we had two half pizzas thats no 5 and no 9 and concluded with a tiramisu.
Salad contadina was not upto the mark it has mostly arugula i was expecting a bit more of buffalo mozzarella and tomatoes plus the sauces were not spread entirely on the arugula. Rest all food was upto the mark. Pizzas were tasty although i felt the crust was a bit hard and may be a bit more dry.
Overall the place didn’t live upto its expectations compared to the price tag it carries so he careful...
