Multi Spice — Restaurant in Pune

Ambience is not at all good

chairs are not comfortable

lighting is very dim dull gloomy

commercial very big fan is blowing very heavy air breeze which is not at all necessary , which was making all the food on the table immediately cold & it caused to loose all the charm Spice and test of the food

service is very late arrogant careless

cleanliness is not at all maintained

when ordered roti it came completely cold like stale cooked 1 day before

when ordered dal tadka, they served dal fry and justified emphatically 4-5 times that this is dal tadka only ... though it was clearly seen that it is dal fry, it was not having any Tadka redness oil Chilli in that dal fry

then he afford to serve Tadka in a separate Cup like bowl, so all the charm was blown away

extremely Unbreakable paneer, tried with 2 forks to break it into pieces , but it was very stout that it didn't break into pieces

the proportion of chutney to be applied on that paneer as the starter was so low in quantity that it wasn't enough even for two pieces

Paneer Tikka masala was not having any salt any Spice no redness in Gravy no test at all

we somehow managed to push it into our stomach by sprinkling salt and pepper which was supplied there repeatedly

Cherry on the cake ... that we lastly ordered jeera rice ... it came almost 30 minutes late ... till then our dal tadka (so called) ... actually it was dal fry only, got completely cold

then the jeera rice came which was again cold and stale as cooked before one day

when complained about it , the manager denied to compensate or accept their mistakes

he asked not to speak in loud voice so that other customers may become aware of their mistakes and blunders that they committed in a single order to a single family

then they offered a birthday cake as my brother's birthday was on that day, that birthday cake they offered was only one piece that to was eaten from one side by someone

so it was very disgusting disgracefull pitiful never to go...

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Multi Spice in Pune and was met with a level of service that left me feeling quite disappointed.

As a parent of an infant, I often seek out restaurants with quieter seating options. Upon arrival, I explained that my child was asleep and requested a table in a less noisy area. To my surprise, we were directed to an enormous 8-seater table. Even though we were only three people, including the infant, the management insisted that we sit at this oversized table. Despite our protests and explanations, they seemed unwilling to accommodate our request.

To make matters worse, we were forced to switch tables just as we were about to order our food. Even though my infant was still asleep, the rude management insisted that we move, completely disregarding our concerns about waking him up. I explained that I had already expressed my concerns about the table size and requested to keep it as is, but they were adamant about their decision.

Feeling frustrated and disrespected, we ultimately decided to leave Multi Spice. This experience was particularly upsetting as it made it difficult to create a comfortable and enjoyable dining atmosphere. It's disappointing that such a basic request was not met with understanding or flexibility. Furthermore, this incident highlights a clear lack of consideration for families with children. A restaurant that truly values its customers would have made an effort to accommodate our needs, especially when it involved the comfort of a sleeping infant.

I would not recommend Multi Spice to families with children. Their lack of flexibility and consideration for our specific needs makes it clear that they are not a child-friendly...

Worst experience this time..

I was at Multi spice..near Mhatre bridge, Siddhi garden, karve nagar.

(long below story short..they kept me waiting for 50 minutes for my order and serving party which was going on at their lawn)

It was evening..around 6:30 pm..feeling much hungry..thought to try 'lasagna baked pasta' . I ordered the same thing around 6:37pm..

After that I was ...waiting ..waiting and waiting. After 25 minutes...I remind the waiter about my order ..he said it will be ready in 5 minutes. Waiting continues..

*At the other end..there was one ceremony going at their lawn..and I was watching food orders going one after another there.

After 45 minutes..I lost my patience...and went directly to manager..told him I have been waiting for my order for 45 minutes. He crossed checked order time..it was registered as 6:37 pm in system as well. He asked his associate to check for order. By that time..i was not in mood to eat what I ordered. Order came to table after 5 minutes.

I talked to manager..that : "after such a wait..my hunger is gone..I am not in the mood to eat.I am leaving now." Manager said : "Fine".

*Such a shame, there was no apology..no regret from the manager's end.. that they kept me waiting and wasted my 1 hour and didn't feel anything about that. Worst way of treating...
