### Review of Hotel Abhishek Veg **Introduction** Hotel Abhishek Veg is a charming vegetarian restaurant that offers a delightful dining experience for both locals and travelers alike. Located in the bustling heart of the city, it combines traditional flavors with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Since its inception, the restaurant has garnered a loyal following, and it’s easy to see why. **Ambiance** Upon entering Hotel Abhishek Veg, guests are greeted by a spacious, well-lit dining area adorned with tasteful decor that reflects Indian culture. The walls feature vibrant artwork and traditional motifs, creating a cozy and inviting environment. Comfortable seating arrangements cater to both small groups and larger families, making it a versatile spot for any occasion. The soft background music adds to the relaxed vibe, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. **Service** The service at Hotel Abhishek Veg is commendable. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to provide recommendations or answer any questions about the menu. Our server was knowledgeable about the dishes and was eager to help us choose from the extensive options available. The service was prompt, with our orders arriving in a timely manner, which is always a plus in a busy restaurant. **Menu Overview** Hotel Abhishek Veg boasts an extensive menu that caters to a wide range of tastes. From traditional Indian dishes to innovative fusion cuisine, there’s something for everyone. **Starters:** We began our meal with the crispy vegetable pakoras and the paneer tikka. The pakoras were perfectly spiced and fried to a golden crisp, served with a tangy mint chutney that complemented them beautifully. The paneer tikka was marinated well, with a smoky flavor that enhanced the soft, tender cheese. **Main Courses:** For our main courses, we opted for the classic dal makhani and the paneer butter masala, accompanied by garlic naan and steamed basmati rice. The dal makhani was rich and creamy, with a depth of flavor that made it incredibly satisfying. The paneer butter masala was a highlight, with its luscious gravy and perfectly cooked paneer cubes, creating a delightful experience. **Desserts:** No meal is complete without dessert, so we indulged in the restaurant’s signature gulab jamun and a refreshing rasmalai. The gulab jamun was soft and soaked in just the right amount of syrup, while the rasmalai was light and flavorful, topped with pistachios that added a nice crunch. **Sustainability Practices** Hotel Abhishek Veg demonstrates a commitment to sustainability by sourcing ingredients locally whenever possible. The restaurant emphasizes the use of fresh, seasonal produce, which not only enhances the flavors of their dishes but also supports local farmers. This dedication to sustainability is commendable and adds to the overall appeal of dining here. **Conclusion** Overall, Hotel Abhishek Veg offers a fantastic dining experience that caters to both vegetarian and vegan guests. With its inviting ambiance, attentive service, and a diverse menu filled with flavorful dishes, it’s a must-visit for anyone in the area. Whether you’re looking for a quick meal or a leisurely dining experience with family and friends, Hotel Abhishek Veg will not disappoint. I left with a satisfied palate and a desire to return for more of their delicious offerings.

One of the oldest and best vegetarian hotels in the city. A very well maintained place. An attractive entrance and huge space for dinning. Good customer service, with a lots of hotel staff, unlike many hotels where there is a very little staff to manage a huge crowd. If you want to take your family for dinner and want to spend a good time with them along with good food, well Abhishek restaurant is definitely a place you should try. I would definitely recommend this place for family dinners, just make sure you reach around one or a half an hour earlier to this place, as compare to your normal dinner time because of the waiting queue. Unlike many hotels in the city, here you can find a variety of food items to eat from Indian to Chinese cousins. Definitely try their desserts. Also, If you are a non vegetarian, these hotel has got its own non vegetarian branch at the same location, right infront of the vegetarian branch. Talking about money, yes you can definitely find many restaurants in the city which are less expensive as compared to Abhishek, but I personally think that the price is worth it to the food and the service they provide. In today's time, these are the normal ratings I would say. The negative thing about this restaurant is that even though they have parking space for customers vechils that's not an enough parking space. Many a times you need to park your vehicle on the street parking or search for some another place to park vehicle. Another thing is they have a huge waiting queue, that's why I mentioned to arrive one hour earlier. But it's understandable, since the restaurant is one of the famous restaurants in the city.

Undoubtedly the most favourite veg restaurant of Punekars. Because of the extra long waiting period here, I have never visited this place early but now I feel the wait is surely worth here. The ambiance is really good, not very extravagant but neatly done with great lighting and pleasant vibe around. Luckily we didn't have to wait and got a table immediately and even the order was served really quickly, we spent hardly 45 minutes there. It hardly took 5 minutes after order placed to get the starters and soups, masala papad was first to be served and it was really crunchy and flavorful. Soups and the Chinese started we had was great too. Main course came right after our starters finished and the staff suggested a perfect dish based on our expectations. The gravy was scrumptious and the breads we had were perfectly cooked. Garlic naan could be a must try. In rice we had Chinese again which was good in portion and the tasty. Service deserves an extra star ⭐ that they let us cancel the additional bread order even after it was ready and when asked for a semi cooled water bottle, the guy there specifically looked for it and brought one to us. The hospitality was top notch. They charged the printed price for packaged water, I felt it appreciable. ⭐ It's indeed one of the best veg restaurants in town and now I'll surely choose it above all in weekdays ( less rush). I do recommend it.

I must say, it was a culinary experience to remember. As a devoted food enthusiast, I ordered a selection of Punjabi dishes, and they did not disappoint. The standout for me was the Wheat Butter Roti - an absolute masterpiece! Soft, light, and simply divine, I couldn't resist indulging in four of these delightful rotis. It's rare to find such quality and taste in a single dish. While Sunday visits may require a bit of patience due to the popularity of the place, I assure you, the wait is entirely worth it. The bustling ambiance, filled with families, adds to the charm and warmth of the place. Hotel Abhishek Pure Veg is a haven for those seeking delectable vegetarian options. Their Punjabi cuisine is a harmonious blend of flavors, capturing the essence of authentic homemade dishes. If you're a pure veg aficionado looking for exceptional food to share with your family, I highly recommend Hotel Abhishek Pure Veg. The Wheat Butter Roti alone is reason enough to visit, and the overall experience is sure to leave a lasting impression.
