Super Collection O Hotel Sunshine Near Inox — Hotel in Pune

I would give this hotel experience a -1 star for these following reason, and also keep in mind that these feedbacks are not specified to just one room it's the whole service of the hotel.

Cockroaches were all over the place in the room and the lobby, and they did climb up on the bed as well. The place smelled really bad The first time when I entered the room they didn't change the bed sheets and it was all bad, when asked why are there stains all over the sheets the answer was " This is the laundry strain ( ye laundry ka stain ha)", and when I told them to change the sheets they changed it 4 times and then also all of them were bad and all had stains. (This one is specifically for my room) The kitchen was right behind my room bathroom. In the bathroom they didn't provide basic dental facilities which should've been included in the room, i had to even order toothpaste and pay extra for it cause in general the hotel didn't have one. Toilet seat was filthy and they didn't bother to clean it up. The one thing good about the whole experience was they gave perfectly cold water bottles. Broken switch boards The people did talk to me well, no problem in that but the room service didn't reply quickly. Don't choose this hotel stay even for one day, cause there r no basic things available there and also even the towels were really smelly...

It is the most pathetic hotel experience I ever had in my 7 years of travelling. I had booked it for 3 days, the day of checkin I was travelling from Baroda to Pune in my own car, I had been travelling for 12 hours, @ 6 PM in the evening I called the hotel and informed them I will be reaching late around midnight and confirmed on my booking and payments. The moment I reached at around 12:30 in the night, the OYO hotel receptionist started asking me for 1000K extra saying the rate you have booked is too low and we can't allocate. I argued for over 15 minutes, but he knew I have been driving for 12 hours and wouldn't be in a condition to speak much, he gave me all customer support numbers and all which obviously no one was gonna answer at that time. Gradually he made me pay 1000K extra on top of my online booking fare.

The Hotel rooms were absolutely shady, electricity had gone 5 times, and twice for over 3 hours and there was no BACKUP available, and when I including other guests complaint the receptionist said "haan to dekh ke booking karneka, listing par hota hai backup available or not"

The room were stinking like anything beyond words can explain, the bedsheets and everything was dirty beyond imagination. And it was a proper brothel hostel where people were coming and going for a few hours.

The biggest mistake I have done.

I stayed here in July 2020, amid lockdown. About hotel It was good , considerably clean. AC , fan , TV , lights, shower , gysere etc was working. Basic things like clean mattresses, towels, soap kits etc was provided. It was maintained properly like no faded color patches on wall or broken glasses or shabby mirrors, or corroded doors and furniture, so there was no such unpleasant sights . 2.About staff Staff was limited amid lockdown, though reception and room service were polite and seemed helpful About kitchen or food . They were not serving breakfast or any food due to Covid19 , as they said they couldn't run kitchen just for 4-5 guests. About location As it was lockdown when I stayed so I could not judge the chaos around it , but it's is koregaon park . I saw some good looking bars, restos , pubs , happening things are surrounding it . Note : it hardly 300mtrs away from railway track so possibly you may hear loud railway horns regularly.

So overall it's good hotel in its category, it's 2 star hotel so don't expect nice lobbies, big reception , fancy wall paintings etc . It's good for your trip wherein you check in just to take rest shower...
