Sharan Hermitage — Hotel in Pune

Though the property was very nice and the rooms were spacious and there was a garden in front of the room as well, it was unkempt, the sofa and chairs were dirty and no cleaning was done throughout our whole stay. Our booking was cut short by 2 days and the owner gave an excuse of renovation of property though nothing of that sort was being done there. These were some basic things which should have been taken care by the property. Apart from this, the breakfast was good and all the necessary crockery was available in the kitchen. Not worth the money you pay. Pathetic condition of the property. Location is great but the maintenance is absolutely bad. Broken fixtures in bathroom, water dripping out of ACs, Dirty towels and linen, broken beds, no utensils, live wires hanging out of electric outlets. Had to constantly get things fixed during our whole stay. Was a waste of our time and money. Pictures you see on the website are really old and the place doesn't look remotely close to what is advertised. Absolutely not "luxury"...

Not so good experience - only best thing was location of the property as you don’t feel like stay in the property so you can step out n it’s nice market with lot of local food n restaurant options but house needs major renovation - lighting was so less ,it was almost dingy in nights and bed size is queen not for 2 adult + kid , bed was broken n was making creaky sounds , no cleaning , lawn wasn’t maintained- broken table n dirty...
