Pandit Ji De Pranthe (Pandit Ji Di Hatti) — Restaurant in Punjab

If you’re thinking of dining at Pandit Ji De Pranthe, I strongly urge you to reconsider. This restaurant offered one of the most disappointing and frustrating dining experiences I’ve ever encountered. Their customer service, quite frankly, is non-existent. Despite arriving early and waiting patiently, I witnessed a complete lack of prioritization for in-house diners. It seemed as though customers seated in their cars outside received preferential treatment, while those who actually entered the establishment were ignored.

After a prolonged wait, during which we saw several patrons served not only once but multiple times, we managed to get the attention of the staff, hoping to at least place our order. Unfortunately, the experience only went downhill from there. The staff appeared disorganized and unprofessional, with little understanding of basic service principles. When our order was finally taken, we were left to wait over an hour, only for the staff to come back with a completely incorrect order.

Adding insult to injury, there was no urgency or apology for the delay or the mistake. It was as if they couldn’t care less about the customers seated within the restaurant, making us feel like an afterthought. After an excruciatingly long wait and a series of disappointments, we decided to leave without eating, as it was apparent they had no interest in serving us.

To say this was a “pathetic experience” would be an understatement. If you value your time and expect even basic courtesy, I would advise steering clear of Pandit Ji De Pranthe. There are plenty of other establishments that prioritize their customers and offer a far more pleasant experience. Pandit Ji De Pranthe needs a serious overhaul in customer service...

Especially staff members, they behaves like owner of the restaurant.. and owner behaves like servant (sitting there without any hold on staff).

Rather than serving existing customer they start serving new customer and existing one keeps on waiting in hope somebody will come back to them and ask for further order, if you've already re-ordered something still they'll serve to new customer and this cycle keep moving. This thing happened many times...

Owner is also not bothered even after complaining to him and staff members are taking advantage of it... also If you really want to see the hygiene of staff n restaurant just go back of it from parking area(behind restaurant Opp.ICICI Bank parking) You'll regret how u can eat over here.. vegetables are lying on floor and staff members are sitting on it.... flies are enjoying on it without any cost for which you are going to pay them..

They are just making money and nothing else...
