Worst hotel, worst service. Paid 2k for nothing. When I asked for a bill he said “oh sir you should have mention that first” I asked can you give me a bill without GST. Sir we don’t do that hear, but we can charge you. There is no phone in the room, geyser is manual, somone has to call and say. Please switch on the heater. Common guys basic amenities. Very worst experience, as we have to change 3 rooms for geyser issues. Room ambience is good but there is no any electrical backup as electricity gone no mobile charging and geyser also not working. Also counter staff is very rudely speaking. If we demand for any service, They will threaten you by the name of police. They have no any manners how to treat guests. Wifi is not provided, TV is not working as cable connection is not available, if geyser fails, no any backup...

Worst hotel....rooms were in the worst condition... Geyser not working.. No Heater provided...leakage in the wash basin...whole floor was facing issue with geyser and hot water but no response from hotel management because it's your fault... 3rd class public with 3rd class service.. don't waste your valuable money... worst services... Don't pay the full amount in one short... Don't follow the auto...
