Pizza Hut | Urban Haat, Amirtsar — Restaurant in Punjab

I hate to leave negative reviews but this Pizza Hut location needs it for their unproffesional behavior. Here's my story, I ordered Pizza through their website to deliver it within 2 Kms of this location and manager calls to FORCE us "You must pick the Pizza or else Im going to cancel the order". Why would Pizza hut hire these kind of rude and unproffesional folks who doesnt have any business ethics or courtsey to deal with the customer specially the customer who is spending almost RS.700 for such a nasty Pizza. My point is if Pizza Hut's website has accepted "the order to deliver" that means it's within the "deliverable range" of this business location but employee is telling my parents we can't deliver your place is very far from us, you have to come to pick up order else I'm going to cancel the order. Coming from USA to Amritsar, I was excited to try the local Pizza Hut. I was obviously not expecting some of the same toppings as one would find abroad (no pepperoni of course) and I was pleasantly surprised to find a wide selection of Indian toppings.

What I got was this horrible tasting and sad-looking pizza. The cheese was not evenly spread, the sauce was hopelessly sweet (probably just ketchup instead of marinara) and the crust seemed as if it had come from a grocery store.

The Worst Experience i have faced at a PIZZA HUT. Firstly, The Food was not even cooked. The place was closing and we were forced to hurry while we were eating.
