1st of all this is not a prime location of this hotel , this hotel is very close to the fish grocery market not in proper location, I booked this deluxe room for 4 days on 30th Nov to 3rd Dec through the online amount rupees 800/- when I check in tho this hotel they provide a totally different room.when I booked i mentioned that I need a road side room. but when I came they told sorry it was booked another guest this service was just horrible. there are no balcony, very cheap hotel, they refused to cash back my advance amount. after that I check in another hotel.. pls don't book this hotel... manager was very rude dont book this hotel very...
