This place provides the worst service, even when the place is filled with people there are only 2 people to provide their services. I had to ask for water thrice before they finally decided to bring it. The food is nothing too good, just overhyped by a few. These are the basic requirements of a restaurant but even if you consider it just as a room, the fans are located in places that do not provide air at all. I had a great experience at New Kakatua Restaurant in Puri. It's a pleasant vegetarian restaurant with seating on the first floor. Despite the lack of air conditioning, the interior was comfortable. A very ordinary pure veg restaurant. Unless you want low cost food or pure veg food you can avoid this place. In thaali most of the items were very spicy probably due to excessive use of red chilli powder.

We asked for a la carte. The waiter insisted we take thaali only as a la carte items will take 30 mins to be delivered. And they literally did!
