Hands down best Tibetan food in Pushkar. I've been there plenty of times over the course of a month I've stayed in Pushkar. Super friendly staff. After few times you feel like a member of the family. Smiling at each other and feeling very welcomed. Above all my food of choice was always tofu thenthuk. Big portion filled with loads of veggies. Not too spicy and not too salty just the way I love it most. I loved having and option of a vegan chai on soy milk as well! Excellent affordable place if you are craving Tibetan food. We had the Tofu Thenthuk which was good. Their special Chocolate ball was very special, so make sure to specify how special you want it. I was very happy to know this nice place. A quiet corner in the middle of the market, I was happy to see that there are vegan dishes with good protein and still the price is very nice (200rps for dish with tofu is very good).
