Rooms were too average, no cleaning facility arranged by hotel. Hotel building has three properties , this being on 2nd floor. The staircase to the hotel lobby is have garbage collected in corners and spit on the walls. That's too yacky. Now this hotel has great location advantage, 2 mins walk to gangtok market hence it's a huge huge plus point. This hotel is 200% not a family hotel. The reviews that are visible are done by the staff themselves using different accounts. The staff was drunk when we arrived. The hotel was dirty. The bathroom were dirty and smelly. The glass of water was dirty and disgusting. There weren't any facilities provided by the hotel. Pathetic!! Hotel is run by one or two people, with no service staff. Rooms were small with damp all over walls. Mattress was old and in a condition you can not sleep. Toilet was very dirty. The staircase was open from one side and very dangerous for small children, not at all suitable for family with small children. Only positive, it is located just 2 min walk from MG Marg, but you will get lots of better hotels in MG Marg at this price. Not...
