We had booked Premium Room in the Hotel for family visit to spend quality time. The hotel has provided room committed to serve premium services during stay. ||We reached around 11:45pm and they offered us room at top floor even after knowing that we had one 4 yr old kid. The room was smelling due to moisture a lot. So we requested to change the room. The staff assure the change of room in the morning so we adjusted anyways. ||Next day we went for outing as they assured for best room after check out of their guest.||In the evening, we were shifted to the new room. But the condition of room seems pathetic. No cable connection, power sockets are damaged, bathroom was smelly, teak wood flooring was broken at many places.||After complaining of the same to the owner, he started mis-behaving with my wife and kids too.||At last we checked out hotel early in the morning and spent our time in search of new hotel property.||||So my suggestion to the seekers of the hotel near MG Marg, beware of...

Worst service and staff behaviour..we get 2 rooms for 6 people only for 1 days we ask for 2 extra pillows because they only give 4 pillows for 6 people don't know why? No room service at all we call them after 1 hour they reply.. We ask for extra blankets they don't provide to us.. Food almost good not the best They have breakfast options but not that much up to mark... Our experience with this hotel was very bad and not to go there at any cost.. Don't get fooled by the 5* fake reviews of this property.

The prices are way beyond what it should be for such a bad room + location. Rooms which are bang right on the MG Marg road are better and cheaper than this one. There are too many stairs one has to navigate to reach this place.

The complimentary breakfast was uneatable. I would rate it worse breakfast I had in my entire life. You just cannot eat the food. The chai reeks of more water than milk.
