OYO Kai Fu Khim Residency — Hotel in Sikkim

One of the worst place to plan your travel. I was travelling with family and kid. We reached there by 9 pm as I got traffic on my way from airport to hotel. After reaching there they mentioned they can't serve us food as they take order till 9pm only. My dinner was prepaid and I continuously informed them about my late arrival because of Jam. Though finally they agreed to serve food but it was of very poor quality. When we complained about the same they started shouting and even asked to leave the hotel then and there. I had no other option to stay that night as hotel is far from main city and my cab had already returned and next cab of Sikkim number was booked from next morning. Somehow we stayed there without dinner(after the bad behaviour my kid and family refused to eat and preffered to remain hungry). My stay was planned for 2 nights, but I booked another hotel for next night. Next morning I saw they misbehaving with another guest, even slapping the driver of guest(I did not get the context was watching from my balcony on 3rd floor). After sometime they called me and mentioned they do not have the cook and can't serve breakfast. I had already booked another hotel and seeing him and his mother behavior with another guest (the entire family of owner lives in same building) I did not consider it worth to discuss anything further and spoil my vacation and checked out the hotel. Please think thrice before...

Very bad hotel specially the manager treated the guests of his hotel like a hostel superintendent. Very rude behaviour and very bad service from him but the house keeping andother staffed are well behaved.

1. We reached at his location arround 7pm and we wish to visit MG marg then he asked us for reaching at hotel by 10 pm other wise he will not allowed to entering at hotel, we said as the hotel is very long distance from the MG marg if we become late for 10 to 15 munites then he replied in this case you will not get the dinner as there duty is till 10 pm, then we replied okay no issues please take our dinner seperately we will take the but in this case he also dinied.
2. No overhead shower given in room 104 only a old and broken hand shower given when we asked for same then he threads shoutedly us i.e. the all local police is his relative he will asked police to take away us from his hotel.
3. only one towel provided for per room when we asked for towel for each person he dined to give us.
4. Food quality is very bad .

The owner should demote the the Manager Mr. Tanmoy to a house keeping staff. Other in near future the owners of this hotel will not get a single guest in a pick...

Very bad experience with this hotel. We got the bookings through Fantasy holidays travel agency. We were 6 couples together. After we got to the hotel rooms, we saw the rooms were dirty, bathroom tap broken, water were leaking, lights of the bedroom were not working, asked the staffs to repair it, they repaired the tap somehow but didn't care to repair the lights, our tour package consisted of lunch but at the time of lunch there were no sufficient food, when we said that to the manager he was started shouting & telling us that it was our fault that we had taken long time for sight-scene that is why lunch, dinner got short. The manager didn't even flinch that we hadn't had sufficient food for 2 days of our staying. Shame on him & on Fantasy holiday...
