I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel.
During my stay, I was moved three times to different rooms, each with its own set of serious issues. There was no hot water, and the power kept disconnecting frequently due to ongoing electrical problems. In all three rooms, the washroom flush was not working, which is completely unacceptable.
Additionally, the rooms were not hygienic, with sticky floors and poor cleaning standards throughout. Housekeeping clearly failed to maintain basic cleanliness. To make matters worse, I received no proper response or support from the staff despite raising these concerns multiple times.
Overall, the level of service, cleanliness, and maintenance was extremely disappointing, and far below the standard any guest should expect.

Nestled in the 2nd floor of a commercial building, at first glance, you will need to search for the board for a minute - but is the only negative I can say in my 2 day stay.
Now the great positives -
A small setup in the 2nd floor, an unassuming set of. But great rooms - clean, hygienic, AC fitted, comfy beds, a TV (that only my son used), a clean and working bathroom.... A room meant to provide clean space for you between bouts of temple visits and shopping trips.
Located on a busy street within walking distance from the bus stand, surrounded by at least 7-8 popular restuarants, all within walking distance, you are spoilt for choices as soon as you come down the lift to the busy street.
Call Mr Palani for anything you need, and minutes later, it's done. Mr Karunakar the staff is very helpful. There are people who are service minded and just helpful - these two are a solid example of kind of people who make you go back again!

He went out of his way to do the following things :He gave me some travel options given my limited time. He also came with me to show the nearest bus stop, from which you can go to chennai airport, while I was leaving. He gave the price list of the buses depending on how much time I had.
