During my recent trip to Kanchipuram, I stumbled upon this hotel that caught my attention. Situated conveniently near the Kanchipuram bus stand, the hotel's exterior exudes a charming and old-world aura, reminiscent of a legacy from a bygone era. One of the highlights of my visit was the food. I decided to try their Pongal and vada, which was priced reasonably at around 70 rupees. The flavors were satisfying, and it was evident that the kitchen paid attention to maintaining the authenticity of the dishes.

Don't have an option to give zero star!!! We stepped in breakfast. Pongal was very good. Sambar and chutney were good. The quality of coffee was also good. However the service was in a deep hole to bury our future visit and present experience. We ordered a roast dosa ( a crispy one) the waiter said that, they dont have a crispy dosa!!! He later came to change the order to a rava roast as it is crispy. We then changed the order to rava dosa as it will be crispy. To our surprise he served a plain dosa and when asked, he replied " Dosa was already made"!! We then finally asked for two coffees and one with no sugar. He served both with sugar. He said that we did not ask for it... The surprising part is,he did not have time to take order standing...

Very worst experience. We orderd 6 meals but they provide 4 only. Around 20mins we waiting but no one responded. And also service very very very worst. I never seen this like service person ever. And cost also very high for they provide food. One meal 100 rupees they provide one plate limited meal and worst sambar rasam curd two side dishes if when you ask that time only they provide pupped and pickle other wise they simply stand.
