I had an exceptional dining experience at Chrompet Vasantha Bhavan hotel for dinner today! Mr. Padhmanaban went above and beyond to make our evening memorable. Not only did he serve us delicious and flavorful food, but he also took the time to interact with my child, making him feel special and welcomed.

What impressed me the most was Mr. Padhmanaban's generosity. He even gifted my child some sweets as a kind gesture. This personal touch truly made our visit extra special. Furthermore, he enthusiastically explained the various food options available, making it easier for us to choose our order.

Additionally, I must commend the hotel for maintaining impeccable hygiene standards. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which further enhanced our dining experience.

Another advantage of dining here was the hassle-free parking. Unlike other locations, we had no trouble finding a parking spot, adding convenience to our visit.

I have been eating at vasantha bhavan for the last 1 year, I have been here many times the service has been really good, but this time when I went to eat there were mosquitoes inside the gravy, which is really horrible cause the manager was very rude to me even after seeing the mosquito in the gravy, he’s dint even apologize to me, he’s like I’m a family man I wouldn’t have done this, I know he wouldn’t have done this but atleast have the courtesy to apologize. I would never ever recommend again cause there’s a huge problem to check inside the kitchen as there’s a safety issue that needs to be check in this branch, the staff was superb other than the manager in the last he started apologizing me when I told him I’ll review and complain the food safety department. Also note I was with my family and kids who is not well.

Hats of to the staff member who served us I can’t remember his name properly but he was excellent I think it was dinesh. The management needs to reward him for the way he came and tried to manage and solve the issue, I think he affords to be promoted to...
