Chai Pattinam — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

This shop is famous for quick tea or coffiee, because it is located backside of chrompet bus stand. I seen most of the people are visiting by Students and senior citizens. A little costly for sure but having a great tea , snacks and cool drinks.

I tried their Rose Milk, Cold Coffee and veg Puffs. Rose milk is not upto the mark what they are charging and veg puffs is full of potato's ( i am not seeing any other veggies in that given puffs , i think what they are using in samosa's stuff's same thing they used to apply in Puffs as well ). Definitely a place for chai lovers but not for rose milk , samosa and veg puffs. Only thing which we enjoyed here is Cold coffee , the coffee powder they used here is so good and appreciate ( The only concern is too much of sugariness) . But the taste of cold coffee is worth to have here.

Cons: Parking for cars is not a choice. Bikes when non crowded can be parked High Price ( Chai , Rose milk , cold coffee and Ilaneer payasam )

I took my friend there for coffee. I had the worst experience this morning.The coffee had an odd flavour. I'm fairly certain the milk is sour. . I simply took a few of sips. The man at the billing counter approached our table to collect our coffee cups. He dropped the coffee on my friend's phone, which was resting on the table. Instead of apologising, he simply departed. I became enraged. He spilled coffee on the phone, but it was okay—accidents happen. But he was impolite and refused to apologise. . I therefore want the owner to get in touch with me on this. This incident occurred this morning at approximately ten in the morning. You have the ability to see who was behind the cash counter. In general, the coffee and service are excellent. I'm a regular customer of your tea shop, and I really enjoy the teas you have here. However, I'm a bit concerned about the prices. I think they're a bit high, especially for some of the less expensive teas.

I understand that you need to make a profit, but I think the prices could be lowered a bit without affecting your bottom line. For example, you could offer discounts for bulk purchases or for buying tea leaves instead of pre-made tea bags.

I hope you'll consider my feedback. I really want to continue coming to your tea shop, but the prices are making it difficult.
