Hotel Kirthikaa Palace — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

Stayed here in Aug 2019. It does not even deserve a star. They did not have the online reservation in their system when I checkin. Night duty person is very rude and complaining about how online reservation sites do not pay them. Gave a AC room. Walked into the room with shock. Very poorly maintained room. Linens, pillow covers are dirty. Lot of hair on the linen. I do not think the wash the linen. A/c was not working. Tried to call the intercom and it does not work. There is no wifi and dining as advertised in the hotel summary of expedia or other travel sites. If you are looking for decent room, better service and experience, book some well known brand hotel. It was a very bad experience for me. I came to stay at your hotel as requested by my friend. But the function and speech of an old man at the reception was very poor. He behaved very harshly.
