I recently visited this restaurant and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I ordered the chicken leg steak and a shawarma, but unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had.
The shawarma was absolutely disappointing. It tasted as if it had been sitting around for days, and the texture was far from appetizing. It was so soggy and unappetizing that I couldn't even take it on my hand. I've had shawarmas from other places that were delicious, but this one was a complete letdown.
To make matters worse, the chicken in the chicken leg steak also seemed off. It had an unpleasant taste, almost like it was made from old or low-quality chicken. I couldn't enjoy my meal at all due to this unsettling flavor.
Unfortunately, my bad experience didn't end there. The next morning, I woke up with mild stomach pain, which makes me suspect that the food might not have been fresh or properly prepared. It's disheartening to think that a simple meal could lead to such discomfort and regret.
Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences in my life. I cannot in good conscience recommend this restaurant to anyone. The food quality is questionable at best, and the potential health risks are simply not worth it. I urge others to avoid this place and look for better alternatives in the area. Read moreI had a disappointing experience during my recent visit to this restaurant. Here are the key issues I noticed:
Seating: There is no proper space available for customers to sit comfortably. Food Quantity: The chicken rice portion is very small compared to what other restaurants offer in the area. Taste: The biryani here is below average in taste. In comparison, the nearby restaurant near Sona College serves much better biryani. Misleading Reviews: I’m genuinely surprised by the number of positive reviews. Based on my experience, they seem questionable.
Unethical Practice: As soon as you visit, the staff immediately ask for your mobile number, saying you’ll receive a 10% discount via WhatsApp for your next visit.
When you return and ask for the discount, they again ask for your number, verify the code, and then, without informing you, give themselves a 5-star rating from your phone.
This practice is misleading and unethical. I strongly advise others not to share their mobile number with the staff. Suggestions: Improve seating arrangements for a better dining experience. Increase food quantity to offer better value for money. Maintain transparency with customers, especially regarding feedback...

I had an extremely disappointing experience today — not because of the food, but due to a serious breach of trust.
I was sitting inside a restaurant in reliance Mall, a staff member approached me asking to leave a review. I agreed, assuming I could do it myself. But shockingly, they took my phone and posted a 5-star review on their own — without my full involvement.
Even worse — without my knowledge or consent, they also posted fake 5-star reviews for two completely unrelated restaurants — Barbequeen and Pizza Hut — from my Google account. I noticed this only later when I checked my review history. I immediately deleted the fake entries.
This is blatant manipulation of Google ratings. It is clear that somebody is using the staff to artificially boost their own and other restaurant ratings by collecting phones and posting fake reviews.
👉 DO NOT trust all 5-star ratings here, especially those without genuine, detailed feedback. Many of them might be fraudulent and written by people who never actually visited the restaurants.
To barbeQueen Restaurant: If you want good reviews, earn them with real quality and service — not...
