FAKE REVIEWS ALERT — HIGHLY UNETHICAL PRACTICE 🚨

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Burger Lounge today — not because of the food, but due to a serious breach of trust.

While I was sitting inside the restaurant, a staff member approached me asking to leave a review. I agreed, assuming I could do it myself. But shockingly, they took my phone and posted a 5-star review for Burger Lounge on their own — without my full involvement.

Even worse — without my knowledge or consent, they also posted fake 5-star reviews for two completely unrelated restaurants — Barbequeen and Pizza Hut — from my Google account. I noticed this only later when I checked my review history. I immediately deleted the fake entries.

This is blatant manipulation of Google ratings. It is clear that somebody is using the staff to artificially boost their own and other restaurant ratings by collecting phones and posting fake reviews.

👉 DO NOT trust all 5-star ratings here, especially those without genuine, detailed feedback. Many of them might be fraudulent and written by people who never actually visited the restaurants.

To Burger Lounge: If you want good reviews, earn them with real quality and service — not...

Absolutely pathetic experience at this Burger King outlet. I went there with my family and kids, hoping for a nice meal together, but the entire experience was a disaster.

I ordered two combos (burger, fries, and coke) from the kiosk. A staff member offered to replace the fries and coke with wings and milkshake, which I agreed to—only to find out later they charged me separately for the wings and shakes, while completely skipping the fries and coke.

So basically, I ended up paying extra and only got two burgers. When I asked about it, the manager kept avoiding responsibility. After wasting over an hour of my time, he casually said they’ll give me the fries and coke now, but won’t refund anything. That’s not a resolution—that’s just covering up a scam.

The whole family was upset, and our outing turned into a frustrating mess. Either the staff is completely untrained, or this is deliberate customer manipulation. This kind of treatment is disgusting, especially from a global chain like Burger King. I’m never stepping foot in this...

Tastes Good

In terms of quality, I believe Burger King lives up to it's name.

Fried Chicken - 8/10 I usually prefer KFC's but after tasting this, I regret not having this earlier. KFC's chicken is dry but has a good taste. However, Burger King's Fried Chicken is juicy and tastes good too.(p.s. Burger King is less spicy and flavorful than KFC in almost all dishes)

Burgers are pretty average. I'd rate the burgers a 6/10. Still McDonald's reigns this segment.

Thick shakes - 8/10 There are only 3 options and my favourites are Chocolate and Strawberry. It's soo good. I cannot overstate how good they are. Edit: Sometimes, they mess up and it's thin and not thick like it usually is.

French fries - 5/10 French Fries are not crispy. Very standard. Lacks varieties. The cheesy fries aren't very good either. Could use a better...
