We stayed at GR Residency for one night during our visit to Salem. The hotel is located on a busy street and is within walking distance of Salem New Bus Stand, which is quite convenient. One of the advantages of booking this hotel is its 24-hour stay policy.
The staff at the reception was very cooperative and helpful, making both the check-in and check-out processes smooth. Room service was also satisfactory.
However, the room we stayed in (Room No: 201) was not worth the money. The bathroom fittings were very old and poorly maintained, with the flush not working properly. There was only one power point in the room, which was inconvenient since we were three adults. Additionally, the Wi-Fi did not work well, even after we complained.
